When I got to know NOTE from friends and internet, I mostly just wanted to fill out my Norwegian language and Social study hours for UDI applications, but as the time passed and I interacted with the platform I became so eager to learn. First of all, this was a very flexible way of learning, especially for someone like me whose work hours can sometimes extend into nights and weekends, and NOTE platform empowered me to plan my learning accordingly. Second, both the old and the new platform were full of features, I mean, at the same time I had access to dictionary, all types of exercises, and a time management dashboard. But when I moved to the new platform, things got leveled up and the scrolling through courses and modules became easier, content became more relevant and timely, and the user interface became more friendly. Although the new platform was just launched and was under develop at the time, I was getting almost 24/7 support when ever I face a problem.
