This course is for those who are completely new to Norwegian and want to learn the language for everyday life, work, studies, or further stay in Norway. It provides a solid foundation in spoken communication, grammar, and vocabulary – all in a supportive environment with experienced teachers.

This course is organized by Norsklærer Karense, known for quality, structure, and genuine dedication to Norwegian language teaching.
The instruction is based on Karense’s method and approach – with a focus on confidence, progress, and practical language development in the classroom.

👩‍🏫 The teacher for the course is Bente – an experienced and dedicated instructor who has worked for many years with Norwegian language training for immigrants. She is educated in adult pedagogy and computer science from the IT Academy and has extensive experience with both online teaching and traditional classroom instruction. With her versatile expertise, she teaches at levels A1, A2, B1, and B2, as well as in work-related Norwegian, healthcare Norwegian, Norwegian for kindergarten staff, Norwegian for cafeteria workers, social studies, job interview training, and conversation practice.
Bente places special emphasis on pronunciation training, helping students develop clear and natural Norwegian pronunciation, good flow, and correct intonation. She also supports those preparing for the Norwegian language exam, offering targeted guidance to help each individual succeed. With her warmth, structure, and broad experience, Bente makes the learning environment both safe, varied, and motivating for her students.
