This course is suitable for those who have completed level A2 and want to further develop their language skills for everyday life, work, education, or preparation for the Norwegian Language Test B1. You will learn to express yourself more precisely and with nuance, understand complex texts, and participate actively in conversations – all with a structured progression and a supportive learning environment.

The teaching follows Karense’s method and approach – focusing on confidence, practical language development, and clear progression. The course is taught by an experienced teacher trained in Karense’s pedagogical model.

The teacher of the course is Annette Cecilie Grande

Annette is a teacher at Note and is originally from Oslo. With extensive experience as a class teacher at a primary and lower secondary school in Oslo, she has taught all subjects at the primary level. Annette is a qualified kindergarten teacher and has further education in Norwegian language and pedagogy. In addition, she holds a master’s degree in school and early childhood education leadership, as well as training in psychology, project management, and team leadership. She has also served as a mentor teacher for student teachers and has solid experience in digital teaching.
