NOTE Full Package – Online Norwegian Course from A1 to C1
Do you want to improve your Norwegian - from beginner to advanced level? With the NOTE Full Package, you get access to all levels from A1 to C1. This is a complete and professional training program with hundreds of exercises, and weekly group sessions (from A1 to C1 level) - all 100% online!
The course is developed by experienced Norwegian teachers and follows the requirements of UDI and HK-dir. It is a practical and pedagogical program that combines interactive exercises, videos, recorded audio, and support in multiple languages – all gathered in one comprehensive package.
Each course follows the official curriculum in Norwegian for adult immigrants and covers the following skills:
- Listening comprehension
- Reading comprehension
- Spoken production
- Written production
- Grammar and vocabulary
Financing
The course can be financed by the participant, NAV, an employer, or others. Many trade unions also offer grants, for example through LO’s education fund.
All our courses have fixed periods
The course is purchased for a fixed period with a set start and end date, which will be provided upon access. Access is valid only during the course period and cannot be paused due to holidays or illness. If you want longer access, you can purchase additional months.

Mira works as a Norwegian language teacher and customer consultant in Bodø and has been teaching Norwegian as a second language since 2011. She has extensive experience teaching adult learners from diverse linguistic backgrounds in a variety of course formats, including in-person, online, and hybrid classrooms.
Teaching is her greatest passion, and the Norwegian language has been a lifelong interest throughout her adult life. Originally from the Czech Republic, Mira completed a master's degree in Norwegian and English Philology before moving to Bodø. She has also completed further studies in Norwegian as a second language and is a qualified Suggestopedia teacher.
In her teaching, Mira places great emphasis on creating an engaging, supportive, and welcoming learning environment where her students can thrive.

Unfortunately, private course providers are not permitted to conduct Norwegian exams. This means it is not possible to take the exam with us.

Is your school approved by the UDI?
Yes, it is. You can see that our school is approved by UDI and HK-dir, the authority responsible for approving providers of Norwegian language and social studies courses.
Our approval is valid until 31 December 2028, and it will be renewed for an additional three years as part of a standard renewal process. We have already been approved for seven years.
Can I receive a course certificate upon completion?
Yes, you can. You will be able to download your course certificate directly from the course once you have completed it. You can also send an email to post@note.no, and our administration team will assist you.
Do I need to take a test before or after completing your course?
No, you do not need to take any tests. We have no admission requirements and do not conduct tests or exams. Our courses are open to anyone who wants to improve their Norwegian language skills.
Can my company pay for the course and receive an invoice?
Yes, that is possible. If your employer is paying for the course, please contact us at post@note.no so we can send you an order form instead of placing the order through our website.
Once the completed form is submitted, we will invoice the company based on the provided information. After the invoice has been issued, the student will be granted access to the selected course.
What is the difference between the self-study course and the individual courses?
The self-study course is designed for independent learning without teacher interaction or contact with other NoTe students. It does not include live teaching sessions or feedback on submitted assignments, which are included in the individual course packages.
What is the difference between a separate group course and the group course that is included with the individual courses?
The group course included with the individual course package is a theme-based course that runs continuously in a 16-week cycle. Students can join at any point, as a new theme is introduced each week, and the group composition may vary over time. You can participate for as long as your course access remains valid, typically 1-6 months.
The separate group courses, on the other hand, are structured courses with a fixed start and end date. They include 60 hours of instruction and follow a set schedule with classes twice a week, either during the day or in the evening. These courses are also more specifically focused on preparation for the Norwegian language exams.
