Norwegian webinars

Sometimes you do not need a full course, just a focused push on one topic. Our webinars are short, live online sessions built around specific Norwegian language topics.

What a Norwegian webinar looks like

Each webinar runs as a live online session with a teacher, focused on a single topic, such as a tricky grammar point, a specific part of an exam, or a practical everyday skill like writing formal emails.

Sessions are shorter and more concentrated than a full course, which makes them a good way to fix a specific gap quickly rather than working through an entire level.

Common webinar topics

Popular webinar topics include grammar deep dives on subjects learners often struggle with, targeted exam preparation sessions ahead of Norskprøven, and practical writing or speaking workshops focused on real situations.

• Grammar focused sessions on frequently confused rules
• Exam preparation webinars ahead of Norskprøven
• Practical writing and speaking workshops

Who webinars are for

Webinars suit learners who already have a course or self-study routine but want a concentrated boost on a specific weak spot, as well as people who are not ready to commit to a full course but want structured input.

Because many webinars are recorded, they also suit people who cannot always attend live but still want access to the material afterward.

How to join a webinar

NoTe (Norwegian Teaching AS) is approved by UDI and HK-dir, and webinars are offered alongside our full courses as a lighter, more flexible option.

If a webinar topic assumes a certain level, take the free Norwegian level test first to confirm it is the right fit for you.

Frequently asked questions about Norwegian webinars

Are webinars live or recorded?

Most webinars run live with a teacher, and many are also available afterward as recordings so you can revisit the material.

Do I need to be at a certain level to join a webinar?

It depends on the topic. Some webinars are open to all levels, while exam preparation webinars are aimed at a specific level.

Can webinars replace a full course?

Webinars work well as a focused supplement on a specific topic, but a full course gives broader, more structured progress over time.
