Norwegian for Healthcare (helsenorsk) is an online course that focuses on topics related to healthcare. The course also includes grammar exercises and writing tasks. It combines Norwegian language learning with the knowledge you need to work in the healthcare sector.

With this package, you will also get access to weekly group sessions held both during the day and in the evening. You can choose to join both groups or just one if you have a busy schedule. The lessons are theme-based, with new themes introduced every week.

Who is the course for? 

Do you work in the healthcare sector? Would you like to work in healthcare in the future? Then this course is suitable for you. Helsenorsk ranges from A1+ to B2 level, but it is beneficial to have some knowledge of Norwegian before starting.

Financing

The course can be financed by the participant, NAV, an employer, or others. Many trade unions also offer grants, for example through LO’s education fund.

All our courses have fixed periods

The course is purchased for a fixed period with a set start and end date, which will be provided upon access. Access is valid only during the course period and cannot be paused due to holidays or illness. If you would like longer access, you can purchase additional months.
