Course Description

This course by SpeechDesigner establishes the groundwork for precise pronunciation and equips you with all the necessary tools to advance further in English pronunciation. The manner in which we articulate our words is just as crucial as the content of our speech. Proficient pronunciation is imperative, as it can broaden your prospects and enhance communication, thereby reducing the occurrence of misunderstandings and repetition. In just a few hours, this course significantly enhances one’s English pronunciation.

We use our customised SmartMotion method, developed in collaboration with experts in the fields of neuroscience and speech therapy, to teach pronunciation in an exciting, simple and unique way.

Private and group sessions

You can choose between private and group sessions depending on your learning style and preferences. Private sessions offer fully individualised one-to-one teaching, while group sessions give you the opportunity to learn together with others in a small, focused group.

Group sessions start once at least four participants have signed up, with a maximum of six students per group. This ensures a supportive and interactive learning environment with plenty of personal attention.

Choosing a group option is a more cost-effective alternative to private lessons, and results show no significant difference in learning outcomes compared to one-to-one teaching. Many students also find that practising speaking in a group makes them more confident and better prepared for real exam situations.

Group sessions take place on Tuesdays from 18:00 to 19:30 over a four-week period.

Meet Your Instructor

Øyvind Harv

Kurset består av individuelle timer med vår erfarne lærer Øyvind. Han har jobbet mange år med norsk på jobben, og vil hjelpe deg med det du har behov for. Øyvind kommer fra Kristiansand og har over 10 års erfaring med onlineundervisning i språk, kommunikasjon og uttale. Øyvind har bodd over 10 år i Berlin og snakker derfor også tysk. Der har han etterhvert spesialisert seg på uttaledesign og businessnorsk. Etter å ha samlet seg erfaring fra prosjektledelse og kommunikasjon, spesielt rundt forskning og utvikling, har han tatt initiativ til å utvikle konsepter rundt disse feltene.
