Norwegian Course B2 – Online Group Course
Do you want to feel more confident in Norwegian, both spoken and written? This practical and engaging group course builds on our NOTE B2 online course and explores key topics in greater depth. You will receive solid training in grammar, writing, reading, listening, and spoken communication, helping you use the language more naturally in everyday life.
Course period: 03.08.26-07.10.26
Days: Monday and Wednesday
Time: 17:30-21:00
This course is suitable for you if you want to:
- Speak and write Norwegian with confidence
- Use the language in work, studies, or daily life
- Prepare for the Norwegian Language Test (Norskprøven)
- Receive personal guidance from experienced and dedicated teachers
What you get:

- Full access to the NOTE Norskprøve preparation course to help you prepare effectively for the exam

Funding
The course can be funded by the participant, NAV, an employer, or other sponsors. Many trade unions also offer grants, for example through the LO Education Fund.
Right of withdrawal
For online courses, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, as long as the course has not been used for more than one hour. For online group courses with a teacher, the course is considered started once the first teaching session has begun. After this, no refund is given.

What is the difference between a separate group course and the group course that is included with the individual courses?
The group course included with the individual course package is a theme-based course that runs continuously in a 16-week cycle. Students can join at any point, as a new theme is introduced each week, and the group composition may vary over time. You can participate for as long as your course access remains valid, typically 1-6 months.
The separate group courses, on the other hand, are structured courses with a fixed start and end date. They include 60 hours of instruction and follow a set schedule with classes twice a week, either during the day or in the evening. These courses are also more specifically focused on preparation for the Norwegian language exams.
Can my company pay for the course and receive an invoice?
Yes, that is possible. If your employer is paying for the course, please contact us at post@note.no so we can send you an order form instead of placing the order through our website.
Once the completed form is submitted, we will invoice the company based on the provided information. After the invoice has been issued, the student will be granted access to the selected course.
Do I need to take a test before or after completing your course?
No, you do not need to take any tests. We have no admission requirements and do not conduct tests or exams. Our courses are open to anyone who wants to improve their Norwegian language skills.
Can I receive a course certificate upon completion?
Yes, you can. You will be able to download your course certificate directly from the course once you have completed it. You can also send an email to post@note.no, and our administration team will assist you.
Is your school approved by the UDI?
Yes, it is. You can see that our school is approved by UDI and HK-dir, the authority responsible for approving providers of Norwegian language and social studies courses.
Our approval is valid until 31 December 2028, and it will be renewed for an additional three years as part of a standard renewal process. We have already been approved for seven years.
Can I register for the exam with you?
Unfortunately, private course providers are not permitted to conduct Norwegian exams. This means it is not possible to take the exam with us.
